These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Faraday platform ("Faraday", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Faraday helps businesses track R&D activities, time and costs, and prepare supporting documentation for an R&D Tax Incentive claim. Faraday does not lodge claims on your behalf, does not provide tax or legal advice, and does not guarantee eligibility or acceptance of any claim by AusIndustry or the ATO.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when inviting team members or advisors.
You retain ownership of the data you input into Faraday. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your team enter.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other organisations' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your organisation settings.
To the extent permitted by law, Faraday is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including any outcome of an R&D Tax Incentive claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-accept the current version before continuing to use the platform.
